The Cosco Board of Directors, at its meeting today declared dividends on the company’s common stock of PHP 0.19 per share broken down into Php 0.14 per share regular dividends and Php 0.05 per share payable on January 28, 2023 , to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 18, 2023. This dividend represents a 58% year on year increase in annual cash dividends declared versus the previous year. This year’s dividend payout amounts to 20% of the company’s prior year net income.

Cosco Capital has paid yearly dividends to its shareholders without interruption since 2014.
