Boutique developer C-5 Mansions Development Corp. topped off its Ridgewood Towers Premier project near Bonifacio Global City on April 25.
With this construction milestone, Ridgewood Towers Premier’s 31-story edifice is now structurally complete. Finishing works have already started on the lower floors, and turnover to unit owners is expected within the first half of 2023.
Senior executives from C-5 Mansions, architectural firm ASYA Design, construction manager Jose Aliling and C-5 Mansions’ hotel partner, Novel Residential Concepts Inc., were on hand to mark the occasion at the project’s roof deck. The latter company will operate Ridgewood Premier Hotel on the 15th-19th floors of the mixed-use property.
C-5 Mansions Chief Operating Officer Alfonso Keh Jr. declared, “Ridgewood Towers Premier completes our Ridgewood Square project on this strategic side of Fort Bonifacio, very near the booming Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and just 400m from SM Aura Premier.
“C-5 Mansions started off with Ridgewood Towers 1, 2, and 3, which we all completed over a decade ago to bring Global Living Within Reach of our esteemed clientele.
